MERO3 FPSO

Recently, the Mero 3 FPSO project naming and Delivery ceremony was held at CIMC Raffles Yantai Base, which is another milestone for CIFUCO in the FPSO project.

As the main supplier of MERO3 lighting Gland  junction box control station, CIFUCO has provided an integrated solution for MERO3 and delivered a satisfactory answer for customers.

This is the first FPSO repair and renovation project in China that focuses on main hull reconstruction, all module construction and integration, and FPSO system debugging in the same shipyard.

The project was undertaken by CIMC Raffles and delivered to ship owner Malaysia International Shipping Company (MISC), after which it will provide services to Petrobras for installation at the Mero field in the Libra block offshore Rio de Janeiro for the exploitation of Brazil's deep sea pre-salt fields.
